After passing through the green of the flower shop during the Obon holidays, you will arrive at eme, which is like a secret bistro. I went with a plan for a lunch plate, but there were so many things I wanted to eat that I ended up going for the course. This was the correct answer. Of all the tapas, my favorite is seasonal fruit with white dressing. The chewy texture is like cheese and I can't stand it. Perfect with peach. The most enjoyable part of the delicious Garbure soup is the realistic illustrations of uncool old men that appear after you finish eating it. When I asked Chef Muto why, he showed me a photo of a festival where people competed for the deliciousness of their soups. It seems that old men wearing berets are making it when they are nearby. Garburu is very tasty in many ways. The sauce that went with today's sea bream, which was served in a mini size, was made using the soup stock from Ubuka, a crustacean specialty store that I had read about somewhere. The aroma is amazing, and the aroma permeates through the slightly charred grilled grains, and the white meat is plump, giving it a nostalgic taste even though I've never had it before. Being selfish, the pork and Manganji chili pepper pie made in small pieces was spicy and satisfying. It seems to be the signboard menu. Just when I was thinking that I might not be able to eat dessert anymore, I tried the ``perfect'' pudding a la mode. This is such a perfect pudding that you could come and eat it alone! The nobility that makes you want to say, ``Because you're here, I can do my best.'' I want to go again soon! The interior and plates are both beautiful.
