A retired restaurant manager of 25+ years. Fast friendly service. Competitive pricing. My 81 Diner Benedict was cooked to perfection and should become a local favorite. Great job folks.

Young girls working there chatting behind the counter loudly as we wait to get menus. I'm all for having fun at work, but geeze...pay attention. We watched our food sit in the window waiting for the rest of the order. The waitress could not carry all of our food due to a hot plate...watched her struggle with napkins trying to figure it out...ummmm how about using a serving tray?

Everything was just great. This was our first time visiting Emig's 81 Diner, but it WILL NOT be our last. Fast friendly waitress staff, absolutely fantastic food and plenty of it, with a bill less than $20.00 for the two of us! Found a new weekend breakfast joint for sure!
