I LOVE this place. The staff is top notch. The coffee was beautifully presented and delicious, and the chocolate espresso truffle was amazing. The atmosphere is perfect to just sit and hang out with friends - I didn’t want to leave! I am excited to check it out at night the next time I’m in town. Nothing less than five stars for a casual experience! My personal top 3 in the CSRA now! Some dining outdoors, dog friendly. Great taps (pickle gose!) and tapas (meatballs, homemade pickles, sliders, treats, etc) Great service (owner came to say hey) This place used to be a mens clothing store but you would never know. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon while they were brewing a fresh batch of chai tea, and it smelled absolutely amazing. Unlike most coffee shops that use a chai powder Emil's brews it themselves using an old London recipe. Of course, I ordered it and the chai tasted as good as it smelled. I got to speak with the owner Shawn and he is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. The staff, Ren and Carrington were also lovely and attentive. Although I didn't eat there, I have no doubt the food would taste great as it is all made from scratch. The pastries I did see looked amazing and although I do not have any dietary restrictions I did notice they offer vegan options.
