My son ordered food on 3/25/24 745 pmdelivery. No food arrived. We started calling the restaurant at 8 pm until 845 pm. Nobody answered. It was charged already to my bank account. Why

Some of the worst Chinese Food I've had in a long time. What has happened to this place? The food was way. Overpriced, tiny portions, and not good at all. First, we ordered the steam dumplings for appetizer. They gave us six very small dumplings and a small plate. It usually get eight when you order dumplings. Next I ordered shredded pork with broccoli and I couldn't positively ID the pork that was in my dish. It was definitely not shredded. More like worms and was very chewy for pork. It really freaked me out. The fried rice was greasy and again another small portion for $14. The chicken and eggplant was the only plate that was halfway decent. Don't waste your money with this place. It's not the old Empire Hunan that was once the best Chinese Food in the area.
