El Palatino in Rabat is a great place to visit for a fun evening. They have an amazing happy hour with half-price drinks, and the atmosphere is strange but enjoyable. The staff can be a bit unprofessional at times however, as one customer experienced being held up and charged full price for their drinks after happy hour had ended. Additionally, there have been reports of racism, sexism and bigotry from the staff and management, which is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. The Lady's Night on Wednesdays also has some issues, as it is falsely advertised and customers are required to spend 200dh in order to benefit from the offer. The staff at the entrance can also be quite rude, making customers feel unwelcome. On the other hand, the happy hour deals are unbeatable and the atmosphere is great. The music is enjoyable and the food is delicious. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues that may arise when visiting El Palatino.
