Nice little ice cream shop. About 20 flavors available, with a small assortment of toppings (hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, sprinkles, cherries). Very tasty ice cream.

The cookies and cream ice cream would be my death-row last meal request. I think about it all the time. Literally no other cookies and cream I’ve ever tried stands up to it. Seriously. It’s made with vanilla base but looks like chocolate because the cookie-to-ice-cream ratio is so high. Never change.

The building the company I work for is in, had Em's ice cream come and serve their delicious ice cream out of their ice cream truck. I had a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of lemon and both flavors were great. The employees working the truck were very nice as well. I'd recommend stopping by anywhere you may see their truck.
