Engrained used to have a Vegan Tofu Poke Bowl that was legit! They seem to have swapped it with something called the Baked Tofu Bowl. Besides being $4 more expensive, it is also inferior in appearance and taste to the Vegan Tofu Poke Bowl I used to get there.

Rally great salads! They are so fresh and have lots of flavor. I recommend the butternut squash Kale salad.
