This is one of my favorite restaurants for grilled food. The chicken is very juicy and extremely delicious. The bread is freshly baked in the restaurant and has a special taste. I didn't expect such a pathetic service from Ennabi Grill. First one about food and accuracy of food delivery. My order is Triple Chicken to deliver chicken tandoori, shish tawook, and chicken kebab. However, they missed one type of chicken and, without informing me, added duplication of chicken kebabs. If shish tawook is not available, then it must be informed customers and not to be granted and substitute with another item. Secondly, what is the purpose of making an order online and payment doing is to save time. When we go there to pick an order, we expect food is ready. Here is what is happening even if we order online and paid amount, again we need to be stand on queue who orders in store to collect bill to get food parcel. This is ridiculous, and the guy who gives food parcels for online orders is unable to see order numbers in mobile and deliver food. This would be the last visit and they may improve in the coming days. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
