A true mom and pop place to eat. The only had 1 server, so it was not as prompt as they had a packed house. Great place to get breakfast or lunch. Food was really good. Great local restaurant! We were hesitant to go in because we didn't see a sign that said "Ennis Family Restaurant" but the restaurant was next to a sign that said Ennis truck stop restaurant or something like that. So the building is not attractive, but the food was great! Our waitress was attentive and nice. The prices were also better than you'd find at IHOP, Cracker Barrel, etc.. awesome chicken fried steak and hubby loved the catfish. Quick service and the food was served nice and hot! Breakfast menu looked good too.
