An exceptional omakase experience at Sushi Enomoto. Everything was incredibly fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. Each piece of sushi was balanced, delicate, and full of flavor, showing deep respect for the ingredients and technique. The restaurant itself is intimate, calm, and very well organized, creating a true traditional sushi counter experience. Service was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more memorable. We came here by recommendation and it was hands down the best dining experience we’ve ever had. The master was very kind and had a translation device so we could all communicate and he described the dishes for us well. Food and service were both amazing and it was a great one on one experience!
