Service was slow but staff were friendly. Food was delicious but we were very stunned by the 12.5% service charge on the bill. There were just two of us. We had that amended. Service charge on bill seems to be the norm in London restaurants regardless of the number of diners. Something to be aware of. Staff did not tell us about this. But the food was delicious. Firstly the staff is friendly and sweet Food was okay, but misses authenticity. Most of the fried items are all frozen, takoyaki is missing dried fish on top which is key and that umami flavour was missing. I ordered for katsu prawns and got the frozen prawns tempura instead. Beer was fine. Nasi goreng was missing the main flavours. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Thai Food, Green Curry, Takoyaki

Had a lovely cosy time with my girl at Enso the other night , feels wonderful to feel appreciated and welcome there! Gabi was also awesome to both of us , wonderful service , and wonderful treatment from staff! Thank you guys! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
