We also really value your practical suggestions. The chopsticks, the grill paper, and the butter versus pork fat – all excellent points that we haven't considered enough. We'll be discussing these with our head chef right away. And we're especially grateful for your feedback on the chicken marinade; your experience with authentic Korean flavours is something we respect, and we'll experiment with a less sweet, more tangy version.
