What a wonderful gift -- my sister and niece arranged for Erin to put together 3 meals for me and my family while my mom has been in the hospital. This has been the best, most practical and delicious gift! Great meals to come home to after very long stressful days. And Erin was a pleasure to meet (and watch!).
