Had a memorable dinner at Restaurant Entresol in Riga with a group of friends. As a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant, it certainly lived up to expectations. We enjoyed one of the restaurant's signature set menus, beginning with a beautifully prepared smoked salmon fillet served with cucumber salad and horseradish sauce. The main courses offered something for everyone—from the perfectly cooked duck breast with rosemary sauce, tender glazed beef medallion, delicate sea bass with saffron sauce, to the rich and comforting potato gnocchi with mushrooms, burrata and truffle cheese. We ended the meal with a silky crème brûlée topped with fresh raspberries, a simple yet satisfying finale. What made the evening even more enjoyable was the warm, attentive service. The staff looked after our group exceptionally well, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout the meal. A wonderful dining experience in the heart of Riga, and a restaurant I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for refined Latvian cuisine with modern touches. Vegetarian options: Gnocchi truffles
