If you walk along the road of Anjirang Gopchang Alley, you will find a gopchang restaurant with a fragrant aroma that will stop you in your tracks. Here, you can enjoy a variety of tastes at once with a rich set menu including raw makchang, tripe, yeomtong, and pork belly. Gopchang served by the spoonful is a generous sight that can only be seen in Anjirang. It is even more delicious when you dip the tripe into the special makjang (makjang), which turns golden brown even when lightly grilled. In particular, clear tripe and clear makchang for people who cannot eat spicy food are special menu items only available here. In addition, they offer a variety of menu items such as grilled chicken feet, egg soup, pork kimchi stew, and soybean paste stew.
