I used to love the taste and customer service of this brand but this time was very disapointing because the burger was generally greassy but the meat was kind of dry and overcooked. Was a plain flavor, nothing special. It's a shame I remember very good meals here. The service was disgusting, the girl at the register was rude and she seemed upset all the time. Sorry Epic Burger, you have alot work to do with your team.

The burgers were FANTASTIC! We had the Epic burgers and fries and a shake. The burgers are freshly cooked when ordered and the fries aswell. The flavor is awesome, not dry and not greasy. JUST RIGHT!. The shake was also very good. Very clean place and the atmosphere was also very enjoyable. Sadly, this place was the last day open I was told. I did see there are a few more franchise open in close by areas. Worth a try, we will defenetly will be visiting the other franchise when we come back to downtown.
