Just went through the drive through. Had the farmhouse and classic. Misleading No flavor The burger meat appears on picture thick a juicy. But it’s a thin smash burger Patty. But all the picture shows a thick meat. Next it show leaf lettuce . Nope It was the shredded lettuce. Next absolutely no flavor, which means they put their trust in the epic sauce. But the rice sauce was very lightly on there. I’m writing this review because hubby wanted to just go get a better bang for our buck at BK. I for one was like noooo , And i literally convinced him for us to give epic burger a try. And that was our first and last time. It was not enjoyable. It’s not a regular burger size it’s a very thin smash burger Which for the farmhouse with all the topping the meat disappears behind all of the topping. THIN meat, not like the picture and it’s so flavorless. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Erica, thank you for the detailed feedback — we hear you and we're sorry the visit didn't land. A few things worth sharing: we're proudly a smash burger concept, which means our beef gets smashed thin on the flat-top to create that caramelized crust and intense flavor (it's why we don't look like the chain burger ads). That said, if your Farmhouse came out without enough flavor and the Epic sauce was light, that's on us — the build wasn't right. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Elizabeth. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They handled everything professionally while my children were making a scene in the store, and she still made me feel welcome and valued. Their work ethic and attention to detail were particularly impressive, and it is clear that she genuinely care about the people she are helping order. I would absolutely return and dine in with this restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The price is definitely closer to sit down restaurants, but the quality is there. I’d say best burger I’ve had in a while & I’d definitely come back. The garlic fries were good. It is more like a creamy sauce they put on it. The shakes were good, very creamy. Overall, I’ll just stress the burgers were amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
