The staff is professional that's what makes Epic so good. Prompt service is something that guests would like to improve here. There is pleasant atmosphere at this place. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

The place is empty, no staff member. You wait and wait. My husband went to see inside, where two halls are at different floor levels, same tile, no visual warning - so he fell and hurt himself. I yelled for help, nobody heard. I don't think they kbow there is a building code. If this happened in a different country, they would be sued. As we were leaving, a girl showed up from upstairs (where the kitchen is). She said they have a call button; it is a small white button on a white sheet of paper inside a plastic pouch. Unnoticeable. She explained they stay in the kitchen untill somebody calls. This is our second time here, probably the last. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: lei 1–20
