Excellent, tasty and high quality products! Thank you Epis et Pains for delighting us and offering us truly good baked goods! 2 and a half years that I have been buying your breads, pastries and pastries every week (the pastry flan is to die for: creamy as can be, with a good taste of vanilla and a fine and crispy puff pastry) and I will not change my habits for nothing in the world (unless I have to move ;-) ). No bakery/bakery in the department comes close to you anyway! FYI: the breads are all sourdough, mostly made with semi-whole wheat flour (there are breads made with other flours as well). The wheat is purchased by Epis et Pains from a local organic farmer located in the Versailles plain. The flour is freshly ground on site upon request. The breads are baked over a wood fire. I recommend 1000% (and what's more, the team is nice)!
