Responding to the owner's comment: 1) I don't know if your menus are displayed outside the venue but if a customer sits down at a table, asks for a cafeteria menu and is told to order what you want because there isn't/you can have a menu, I can't do nothing about it. 2) I don't usually review fakes, for this reason I am attaching proof of order placed and receipt, where the ordered teas were 2 and not 3, as you (the owner) were told, and that the biscuits were charged €5 each and not €1.50. 3) I also had the receipt reviewed at the cash desk given the high price and asked if there had been any errors and I was told that the bill was correct. I would like to understand more! 17 in the afternoon, chosen Eppol Pie for a snack in a nice location suitable for the occasion. We order two hot teas, which are usually served with small dry pastries in bars/cafes. Not being so on this occasion, we decide separately to order two biscuits. Total €20, really an unjustified blunder for two teas and number 2 biscuits smaller than the palm of a hand. Among other things, at the time of ordering it was not possible to consult a menu and any prices "because we only have that of wines and cocktails", which is rather absurd. Unfortunately not a positive experience.

Our teas and herbal teas come from a small artisan laboratory, Giusmin, with recognized quality and originality and which we also adore because we strongly believe in small realities that make our neighborhood, Porta Venezia, even more special. Our teas cost 5 euros and we don't ask for any surcharge for table service. They tell me that the ordered teas were 3 and not 2 and having our own pastry production, our cookies, like any other sweet, are sold separately and cost 1.5 euros.
