Having seen Sfanthor! House of Wax, it's time to have a rest at this bar. Equipment Room offers you good wontons, karaage chicken and carnitas. Taste tasty cupcakes, sundaes and biscuits. This place is known for delicious coffee martini, liqueur or gin. Great espresso is served - try and enjoy.
The warm atmosphere of this place makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. The gracious staff at this spot can show how much they like their clients. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices are found adequate here. Beautiful decor lets the guests relax. Solid drinks and brilliant speaker system. I loved the individual headphones at each table for intimate listening. The records being spun were an eccletic mix of retro and modern and nothing overplayed, obnoxious, or offensive. Cool ambiance and would be an awesome date spot. Drinks were good but not amazing for the price; they are not the main reason I would return… but I would go back for the music and ambiance. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30

The Equipment Room is aesthetically beautiful. The vinyl records covering the walls, the lighting, and the overall decor are thoughtfully placed and beautifully executed. The drinks were excellent, well made, and definitely strong. The music selection was also absolutely amazing. Overall, it’s a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. However, what unfortunately took away from the experience was how often we were reminded that our reservation was coming to an end. Toward the end of our reservation, the same woman came over four separate times and interrupted our conversations to remind us that our reservation would be ending soon. We understood the reservation policy before we arrived. We read the rules when booking, we understood that this is a smaller space with limited seating, and we had absolutely no intention of staying past our allotted time. We also did not stay past our reservation. The woman who initially seated us had already explained the time limit, so there was really no need to repeatedly remind us. A single reminder toward the end would have been completely reasonable. Four separate interruptions, however, felt excessive and made us feel rushed when we were already aware of the rules and were fully prepared to leave on time. It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere, drinks, music, and overall aesthetic were great. The repeated interruptions unnecessarily took away from what could have been an excellent experience. One reminder is enough. We understood the rules, and we respected them. Do better.
