In a time of uncertainty and a possible recession. We should be leaving more reviews for businesses that deserve to be recognized. I have went to a handful of Jamaican Cuisine establishments and they were all a disappointment but Eric's Jamaican Cuisine was special. I ordered the oxtail with rice, peas, cabbage and plantains. The food was excellent and the most important part of the meal is that the rice was not mushy. The rice was perfect. Also i will point out that the establishment is on a main street that resembles something like Jim Thorpe PA with all the small mom and pop restaurants and antique stores. So if you are in the area and would like something flavorful and filling. Stop by Eric's Jamaican Cuisine and enjoy. BTW i only finish my entire meal when food is good so this should tell you something from a picky consumer.
