We went to eat this Holy Saturday. They had given us an appointment for 3:30 p.m. but they called us to say that we could go a little earlier because the table had been free (good touch). The steakhouse is in the center of Olite, on the first floor. It is very beautiful, with a traditional atmosphere and from the beginning we were struck by the incredible treatment of the waiters and the woman who seemed to be the owner. We were 4 people and we took out cod salad and roasted artichokes to snack on. They were spectacular. I half shared entrecôte and cheeks with my partner. Very rich. And I insist, the waiter who mainly served us was very friendly and super funny. We were also assisted by a very nice woman. They made us feel at home, incredible, considering that they had been working piece-rate since Holy Thursday. We would return with our eyes closed. By the way, the next day we ran into the waiter, who was throwing out the trash.
