A real pleasure to have found this place, very good products, excellent attention and a lot of love in each dish. I went to celebrate my birthday with my parents and it was a true gift to have a feast of dishes and then also to have shared a few words with the chef!! Thank you!! Speechless!! Peruvian food fusion restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. Chef César's cooking is impressive, the fusion between ingredients of Peruvian origin and local ingredients from the valley leaves you impressed. The attention received from the chef and Roxana was exceptional, we will definitely return to the Es Arraïtzes restaurant.
