Escape Bar Basel – Convenient Location, Limited Food Options Visited Escape Bar on Voltaplaza with colleagues after work, and it was an okay experience. The biggest advantage of this place is its prime location, right next to the bus and tram station, making it super convenient to get to. They have a good selection of drinks, but overall, nothing particularly stood out. While the menu offers a variety of beverages, there are no real food options—just a cold veggie platter, which was quite limited. If you're looking for a place to grab a bite along with drinks, this may not be the best option. The ambiance was decent for a casual evening, but given the lack of food choices, I’d say it’s more of a spot to stop by for a quick drink rather than a full night out. A good choice if you're in the area, but nothing extraordinary. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
