The most important thing when you come in, no friendliness and no smile. you are not welcomed at all. you wait a very long time before they take an order. When the waiter comes to you he just puts a menu in front of you without looking at you or welcoming you. I find the staff blunt and dry. it really lacks friendliness and the food is served half cold. And you have to wait a really long time before someone comes to you to take your order.
