This place is sort of a cross between all of the fast-food style "Okinawan Taco" places (but with a bigger selection of and more authentic Mexican food), and a full-serve restaurant (but no Margaritas or draft beer). We tried the Nachos, Pulled Pork Tacos and Chimichanga, and we loved all of them. The (Tomato) Soup and Salsa Bar also elevated our experience. The Salsas were by far the best we tried anywhere around Okinawa (especially the "Spicy" salsa, although it wasn't actually very spicy). Service was a big step up compared to other places, as well. I think they are going for a "daytime cafe" here with their "Tacos and Coffee" approach, which is fine, but they should seriously consider also adding Margaritas and draft beer and Rice and Beans to give it more "Mexican Cantina / dinnertime" appeal. my roommate wanted to stop here for their vegetarian options, I decided to have a little snack while she was feasting. I got the key lime slice and a hot chocolate, and my roommate got the vegan nachos and a vegan burrito. the hot chocolate was lukewarm, with a hint of chocolate, and my roommate said both her dishes lacked depth and sauce, so she loaded up at salsa bar. but the key lime slice was good! despite the lack of flavour we unfortunately experienced, it’s a large restaurant space with plenty of options both with meat and without, ample parking and very sweet staff. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The vegan/vegetarian options at Esparza's brought us in for our first visit, a week later we were back for Father's Day dinner. The freshness and flavor of the food is divine. We ordered the Very Vegan tacos, Tofu Chorizo tacos, jalapeño pizza sticks, quesadillas, tortilla soup, tortilla chips (best I've ever had) and a side of guacamole. We enjoyed the homemade ginger ale and another drink I think it was called Hibiscus Breeze. So tasty. The food is consistently good and the service is fast, friendly and very accommodating. We will be back again and again. I have to remember to try the coffee!
