I placed my order, via IFood, and it was already half an hour after the scheduled delivery time. I sent a message to the store and due to the delay in the response, I sent a message to the center. I had been waiting for 40 minutes and then the store announced that it was leaving. I managed to speak on the phone with an attendant who simply hung up on me saying that demand was high and that I should be patient. As a customer, I hope no one goes through what I went through.
