And once again at its finest! What Silio Del Fabro creates with his team in the kitchen is served in style by Jérôme Pourchère and his team in the hall. A completely harmonious menu that fits the season perfectly. The "Confit de Canard" is not necessarily a typical dish for "fine dining", which made it even more fun to enjoy a two-star version of it. The food was wonderful, but that's basically what you expect. That's why I'd rather tell you about the really incredibly great service! My wife had a few “special requests” that were easily and wonderfully addressed. It was wonderful from start to finish. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
