Dear Lara, your feedback is not really fear I would like to answer so every other future guest knows At the moment with the covid-19 new rules, for the inside restaurants the guests MUST book a table in advance giving the names, mobile numbers and adress (government rules!!) In the inside restaurants guests MUST wear a mask until they reach the Table In our restaurants animals are not allowed couse we also serve hotel Espanade guestS and hotel rules they says no dogs in the Food and bavarege areas and restaurant as well.. You came without reservation, without the masks with a dog I kindly explanied to you the situation and you left This revange feedback is really inappropriate anyway hope to ave a chance to show you our beautiful food and service, but i'm sorry without the dogs Kind Regards
