I had a really disappointing experience here. We came to this coffee shop to celebrate my mom’s birthday and brought our small dog with us. The staff immediately told us we couldn’t sit because of the dog. That’s fine — businesses can have their rules. What’s not fine is what happened right after. As we stepped outside and waited on the sidewalk, a couple walked out of the coffee shop with a dog — meaning they had clearly been sitting inside with it. So apparently the rule only applies to some customers and not others. It felt disrespectful and honestly pretty upsetting, especially considering we were just trying to have a simple coffee for my mom’s birthday. If you have a policy, apply it equally to everyone. This kind of inconsistency leaves a really bad impression. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier overcharged me for an additional panini. I just noticed it after I had left the place. The restaurant needs to be much more careful when splitting the bills amongst the people of a table. Other than that, the place feels welcoming with its retro look and the service is amicable. Food is good but not great, the panini was dry and thick. It's a place that is in vogue but may not last if they don't make improvements. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $15–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
