Today, September 27, I tried to go to put on diesel around 1:45 p.m. and the employee told me that the company does not allow you to put fuel when you park on the opposite side of where the car's fuel inlet is. I parked as close as possible like others. so many times and there were never any problems, he sent me to change to the opposite side and everything filled up. My question is if it really is a company policy?... although I respect it, I cannot understand it since it took more than 1 hour in lines to get to the service station that I often go to along with the disa of the Chafiras long before when it was Shell Costa del Silencio for many years and I had to stand in more lines with empty pumps. Therefore I have decided to change fuel company. Sincerely Jose Medina.
