Just kind of rude staff.. had Rubens and went to Euro Patisserie noticed their chairs went further down the hall on the inside.. Asked the girl inside serving if it would be okay to eat at their tables She was fine and said as long as the tables were empty.. 10 minutes later a waitress came out to advise "Not Rubens so can't sit there.." advised that we had asked.. next 5 minutes a guy with an arrogant attitude comes out and reiterates same story identifying himself as Manager.. I reiterated same story to him and also if I had known I would have asked him. Bad attitide Owner states people were waiting..nope there was no one waiting in fact spare tables I spoke specifically to a girl inside with curly hair We sat further down the Arcade ob the OPPOSITE side.of the shop outside flower store.. !!!Please make sure your details are correct

We then politely advised you that Euro Patisserie seating is for our guests only. Furthermore, we also allowed you to finished you Ruben’s meals as I understand the confusion. It is tough position to be in when we aren’t able to seat our own customers especially they’re waiting for a table. Thank you Team Euro More
