We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding our decision to no longer accept cash payments. As a small business with limited resources and a small team, we have to make difficult decisions in order to operate efficiently and sustainably. The cost and time associated with handling cash transactions have become a significant burden for us, amounting to around $18,000 a year. This is a substantial amount for us, and we have found that eliminating cash payments allows us to save money and streamline our operations. We understand that some customers may prefer to pay with cash, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we hope that you can understand the reasoning behind our decision and continue to support our business. We, just like everyone else in the community are struggling and just want to make enough profit to take care of our family. Restaurants do not profit as much as most people assume. 18,000 dollars a year is just too much for us to continue spending to take cash payments. More
