See attached photos for my order. I ordered from the Riverside California location. The couscous bowl Was very dry and overcooked specifically the edamame. The dish generally needs more seasoning. More importantly, The brown rice with the curry bowl was spoiled and the whole dish overcooked. The broccoli was essentially dead, and the garbanzo’s extremely dry. for this to be curry There needs to be a lot more sauce and also generally lacked seasoning as well. It did not taste like curry. I am especially concerned about the spoiled brown rice. I understand that the weather has been hot. I hope refrigeration is being monitored in the transportation and storage of the food at the local locations. Also, I am understanding that ALL your meals are cooked for two minutes in the microwave regardless of the meal type. You need to understand that vegan and vegetarian meals do NOT need to be cooked As long as meat dishes, especially since they’re already pre-cooked and just being heated up on location. Vegetables should be just lightly cooked. I would like to suggest that the meals come with the vegetables separate, cooked separately. Also, concerning is that you use microwaves to reheat/cook the food. People that are interested in health, that would order healthy meals from you like you offer, as myself, would not prefer that their food is microwaved. Please look into CONVECTION OVENS for initially cooking and especially for reheating the food on location. thank you I love the idea of your company, but will no longer order due to the issues I have mentioned. Assistant manager is rude and doesn’t help out, just stands there. This looks like a place I’d never work at. The workers look miserable and the food isn’t even that good. These poor workers look overworked and I don’t doubt they are underpaid as well. Do not recommend comming here just go to food lab Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
