My Experience at Evolution: Not Inclusive for My Dietary Needs I had a disappointing experience at Evolution yesterday. While others may enjoy the food, it was not a good fit for my specific dietary requirements or health needs. • Limited Options: Much of the buffet was either raw, contained dairy, or was excessively spicy. This was a challenge for me as raw food upsets my stomach, I have to avoid too much dairy, and spicy and fried food severely irritates my throat. • Food Quality: Even the mild options were difficult to eat; the fried rice was quite hard and the meats were too tough to chew. I only managed a few bites before realizing there wasn't much I could safely consume. • Lack of Accommodation: Because spicy foods irritated my throat, I asked the hotel front desk for some chrysanthemum tea for relief. I was disappointed to learn that the Evolution staff told the front desk "no." I ended up leaving to find another place to eat. As a guest staying at the hotel and a customer of the buffet, I was hoping for a bit more accommodation or a simple cup of tea for my throat. Unfortunately, it wasn't a welcoming experience for me.
