Good afternoon. I really enjoyed coming to see you, but unfortunately we were seated where it was very noisy. The waiter came quickly and we placed our order. But since the young man wanted to snatch from all the tables, he simply did not have time to serve. We waited about 50 minutes for our order. Then, when we finally received the hot order, we waited 30 minutes for dessert. As a result, we ate the hot rolls cold. We refused dessert, since the tea had already been drunk, and, as you can understand, it was impossible to wait to ask for more water in the kettle. The waiter did not receive a tip from us, moreover, when they came to pay us, we said that there was no point in coming and waiting anymore when you could easily get to Ladozhskaya and calmly receive a finished order in 15-20 minutes. So, I don’t recommend it if someone is in a hurry. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
