Good value at $15.90 for 1 meat and 2 veg, and the portion size is generous. However, the dishes could use a bit more seasoning to improve the flavour. I have been a regular customer ordering the 2-meat 2-vegetable combo for quite some time. While I have previously noticed occasional issues with queue management, the portion sizes were generally consistent. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff member on duty was unfriendly and did not acknowledge customers while serving. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. More concerning was the portion size — when I returned home, I noticed the amount of food was significantly smaller than usual, almost half of what I typically receive. I called the store politely to speak with the manager to provide feedback. The person who identified herself as the manager responded with, “We are very busy, say it quickly,” and repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining the situation. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I find this experience disappointing. Consistency in portion size and respectful communication with customers are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this visit has left me reconsidering returning in the future. I use to have excellent kitchen every Saturday and then the food changed, the veges were horrible and the selection of veges are no where as good as they used to be Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
