All in all a solid cafe. The toast with butter was good but the matcha wasn’t bad just a little too bitter and lumpy for my taste. There is plenty of seating and everything is very clean. The staff is quick and friendly enough. The cafe just has a very cold vibe since there are mostly business people and people working on their laptops. I prefer cozier cafes with a little more personality so I wouldn’t come again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is the 2nd Excelsior cafe I visited during my holiday in Japan. And another all round 5 stars rating. Coffee has good taste, with beautiful Latte art, cheese cakes taste good as well. Service fast and friendly. Atmosphere clean elegant calm, so just chill. Plus point this caffe has one of the cleanest bathroom, compare to other caffe I have visited. You can see all in my pictures.
