Been there 3 times over the past few days. Understaffed, poor drinks. Steak was crap. Don’t believe the reviews and the bots replies from supposed owners. Traditional techniques from Greens pubs. Places like that are why no one wants to work in the hospitality industry any longer, I don’t blame them.

Ive been using platform 8 inverness for about a year and I'm consistently impressed by the staff. The platform itself always the go too in inverness but for me its put above all in my book. Big shoutout to Julia and Jake they have went above and beyond to show what true customer service means to a customer, to myself it means alot.. what truly sets it apart for me is the incredible team behind it never one invidival by itself always a team effort. It’s rare to find a service where the staff are not just responsive, but genuinely proactive in their support towards the customer, willing to take time out there busy shift to interact with customers Will definitely be recommending this place as a whole to any one asking for place too dine in inverness. makes you feel truly valued and understood Knowing that there’s such a dedicated and helpful team ready to greet you whatever mood you walk through the door is what you need from a pub often without asking. Honestly if you ever in inverness area and looking for a friendly environment and place to chill, eat in peace and enjoy your evening this is the place. Stand by that.
