We hav been going to this hotel for at least 10 years was appalled this time we wer not informed of the lift being out of order until the next day of our visit no ground floor rooms available had to struggle up to 1st floor at 82 years old no apologies at desk will never use it again breakfast was awful dried up bacon burnt sausages really disappointed as very convenient to Exeter Station

Reluctantly dropped one star just in case there's a pound-for-pound better venue for small live music events. Great sound, decent toilets,friendly staff and a well stocked, well-run bar.

Exeter Phoenix is one of the cultural cornerstones of the City. Great events, contemporary art exhibitions and also great for a bite to eat. Definitely well worth a visit and you support.
