We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay were not up to standard. We do offer linen changes every 3x days as per our company policies and stated on our website. However, if there are ever any issues that we may assist with or if you are in need of any new linen, please feel free to contact our reception office or please come in during our office hours and one of our lovely staff members will be here to assist. We do also provide dish soap for all our apartments and villas, these will be found under the sink with the dish drying rack. We do apologize if there was not one in your room, please feel free to contact our reception office so we may assist in making your stay a more enjoyable one. We do offer free limited wifi as per our website and we do our best to make sure our guests have an enjoyable stay. For a 4X night stay there is an allotted 40X GB. We do recommend as a best practice to make sure that all irregularly used apps are limited to data usage as they tend to update, upload, and download in the background while not in use.
