food has not yet arrived and your phone is not going through ordered since 1am now its 3:15 am let us be fair

Sorry mam, something must have went wrong with the system, we closed early yesterday since it was very busy everything was sold out, we closed at approximately 12:30. If you already have paid the order your money will be refunded!

Food insn‘t still there an can‘t reach the restaurant. Already paid via PayPal

Sir the food was 30 minutes later than expected, it was very busy yesterday, hence we did not call you to inform the order will be a bit later. normally we get phone calls from customers asking how long it would be going to take, though we received zero phone calls from you. It is not fair to give us 1 star, considering you did not even taste the food, but hey it is what it is.
