A rubbish place, lack of staff, the food takes 30 to 40 minutes to be ready, it takes a long time, terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone and if you're going to question it, they still think it's bad, without any discipline, terrible, I only had 40 minutes for lunch, I ended up leaving without lunch because unfortunately there are only unprepared staff in the kitchen to provide excellent service

40 minutes to receive the dish (simple, executive) that you ordered at the counter, when you talk about the waiting time and you don't receive any "sorry, we're short on staff" or "sorry for the delay, we're already preparing it... ." etc... no apologies... just a look of "I can't do anything" and turning away... it's like asking not to come back... How disappointing, I placed my order, and while waiting, I stood on the sidelines looking; It's impossible to eat in a restaurant like this... there's a small opening that looks like a window, I think it's where the ready-made dishes pass through... I only saw a guy throwing a potato stick on top of the food, but the worst part was seeing the attendant with a stack of trays, and on top were the cutlery.... Believe me, the cutlery was dirty, just wet, and she was removing the dirt with a little blue cloth, it wasn't one or the other, it was all of them there, knives, forks.. how disgusting... ...
