Exquisite is pretty near Elafiti Islands. Clients don't like ice cream at Exquisite. Most people mention that the staff is nice here. We are locals and for us this place is way overpriced. We paid 101kn/14eur for 2 slices of cake and 2 cappuccinos from the machine. One lady didn't have basic manners of a person working in a service industry and the other was very polite. Noone told us that the carrot cake wasn't fresh. We had to ask for the invoice and they told us without apologizing that they are not able to provide one at the moment. We sat on a bench right in front and they kept talking about job out loud. For such an 'exquisite' place, you definitely expect far better experience overall.
