It wasnt good. I felt bad for the poor young guy serving us. But I looked at the swampy rusty lettuce that he went to put on our pitas - and said NO. That should be in the garbage. He appoligized and said its all he had. So wrong. We took ours home and put fresh lettuce on. I dont blame him - I blame the management for allowing that to happen. Wont be back.

Kaige had exceptional customer service, made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the food was great - fresh veggies and the perfect amount of sauce/dressings in the pitas. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The one star is only because the staff was friendly. But the food was a huge disappointment. Most of the veggies were not fresh (so I only had the fresh looking ones on my pita) apon opening the wrapper, it was very clear that the pita was very old, it had crumbled to pieces and tasted stale. If we had time to go back and ask for new ones we would have. This is the second time we have been so disappointed. We thought the first was an off day, but seems this may be the new norm for Olds extreme pita. It's disappointing since my kids and I use to love coming here for fresh food that's fast. I really hope things change so we can get back to going here. Please dispose of the gross veggies and replace with fresh, and please get some fresh pitas that aren't so dry they crumble apart when they are wrapped up. Even the cookies were stale. It makes me mad we wasted so much money on lunch and it was such a disappointment. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20
