It's a pleasant experience to eat perfectly cooked fried chicken, spicy chicken and chicken rolls. Nothing can be better than ordering good peach cobbler and tasty muffins. This restaurant with takeout dishes is suitable for those clients who like to have dinner on the go. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is cool at Ezell's Famous Chicken. Nice service is something guests appreciate here. This place provides meals at attractive prices. It's usually good to experience something new and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. But google users rated this spot and it didn't receive a high rating.

Today I thought I would give these guys another chance. Another chance you say, yes, over the last couple years, prices have gone through the roof, the size of chicken pieces has gotten smaller and the food has tasted like Gas Station chicken. On my last visit, which mist of been 9 months ago, I had to throw out my order, the chicken tasted rancid and when I reached out to the location, I got no reply. I then reached out to the only remaining original owner, Lewis Rudd and got no reply from him either. I was not surprised to see this place shuttered today. I've been pushing for Ezells from my 1st piece of chicken, almost 40 years ago. Locations I used to frequent like U-District and two Tacoma locations don't even exist anymore, so we can add Fairwood to the list. Irony is, I moved to Fairwood in 2010, this location opened in 2011 if I recall, I was so excited to have them on the block, but it didn't take long for this location to lose it's way. I gave feedback to both Lewis and Ezell, after they made a mess of a corporate event I had them cater in 2000. That feedback was "Do Better". I had so many white people that had never heard of Ezells cross with me because their orders were wrong and even though they replaced the entire order, the first impression stuck and I was never asked to organize another catered meal. I'll end with two words, "Black Excellence". Until that is your standard, the stigma of failure will remain!

Was suppose to get 2 mash potatoes and gravy cause they were almost out of all sides.. couldn't wait to get home n try Ezell's Famous Chicken for the first time. To my surprise I got beans.. not 2 but 1 and a half. Lol! Come on bro..
