The staff is very nice. The rooms are okay. The main problem is the really big noise from the highway just in front of the rooms, with bad quality windows. If you are not a good sleeper, i would not recommand you to stay there, even with earplugs.

Our hotel is located in a historic district near Trabzon's main square. It's generally a quiet area. Our windows are double-glazed. I suspect the small number of cars passing by might have affected you. When the windows are fully closed, outside noise is significantly reduced. However, we wish you a more fulfilling farewell.
