This was the most awful dinning experience I have ever had. I had the steak board and my husband had the lobster. When the food came to the table I had a pasta in front of me instead of the 14oz rib eye that I had ordered. My husband noticed that someone else had my meal and I had theirs. So they switched the meals without even asking me if I was okay with it. There was no apology for the mix up either. Also their as no acknowledgement to me at all while we were being served. They would ask my husband how things were, but not once was I ever asked nor even looked at. I had an ice tea and was never offered a refill. A busser came by twice and refilled my water. Each time I said thank you and again no your welcome. Not a peep. I just found it weird, as I’m a server and supervisor in my home town restaurant. Just all in all this was a really bad experience and I will not even dine here again. Spending $300 on a dinner for two and not having the level of service that should be given is not sitting well at all. This was on Wednesday July 22,2026. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100+

Had a great time at Five Kitchen & Oyster Bar with friends and family. The restaurant has such a nice vibe, the staff were very attentive, and every dish we ordered tasted incredible. Perfect place for celebrations, gatherings, or even a casual dinner night. Highly recommended!
