FLAP

FLAP is a pub and bar located in Saien, providing a laid-back atmosphere for those looking to unwind. Known for a cozy setting, it welcomes groups and those who prefer a casual environment where they can relax with friends over a drink. The menu emphasizes a range of alcoholic choices, including beer, making it a suitable spot for socializing.

While FLAP offers dine-in and takeout options, delivery is not available. However, guests can enjoy the attentive table service during their visit. The establishment accepts reservations, which might be advisable since some feedback suggests that reserving in advance could enhance the dining experience with potentially delightful dishes. Amenities include a restroom, though accessibility features like wheelchair-friendly entrances or seating are unfortunately absent.

It's important to note that customer feedback is somewhat outdated, with the most recent review dating back five years, and information on operating hours remains undisclosed. Additionally, no updates have been provided by the restaurant's management. Guests can make payments conveniently with Rakuten Pay, but those interested should consider reaching out directly to verify any current details.
